?The Rock? Dwayne Johnson Returning To Wresting Ring!

Former wrestler-turned-actor Dwayne Johnson has announced he?ll return to the ring in 2012 for the first time in seven years.

Dwayne Johnson aka ?The Rock?, who became famous as a pro wrestler, walked away from the ring to pursue his acting career.� The former wrestler appeared in many movies, even landing lead roles in ?The Scorpion King? and ?Tooth Fairy?.

But now ?The Rock? will make a return to the wrestling world in a match against John Cena at next year?s Wrestlemania 28.

Johnson stated, ?I wanted to do something special for the fans. I?m very close with Vince McMahon, who?s President of the WWE. We wanted to create something historic. What is historic? The Rock coming back and kicking a** all over the place? It?s gonna be good, I cant wait.?

Johnson was the host of Wrestlemania 27 this past weekend in Georgia, where ?Jersey Shore? star Nicole Polizzi kicked butt.
