Are Justin Timberlake and Ashley Olsen 'hooking up'?

Justin Timberlake and Ashley Olsen have reportedly been spotted out on dates around New York.

Justin Timberlake reportedly has a new girl on his arm: Ashley Olsen.

According to UsMagazine.com, the two have been spotted around New York City, coupling up at the Greenwich Hotel, a "Saturday Night Live" after-party, Broadway shows and even a polo match.

"They are hooking up," one source close to the pair tells the mag.

Both know a thing or two about high-profile relationships and "they're really trying to keep it on the down-low," another source tells Us.

Timberlake ended his four-year relationship with Jessica Biel in March, while Olsen broke things off with her boyfriend of two years, "The Hangover" actor Justin Bartha, the same month.

With each fresh out of long-term relationships, an insider close to Olsen tells Us that the former child star is "aware of Justin's reputation with women," but says, "They're in the same head space."

Timberlake's rep, however, shot down the rumors, saying, "They are friends. They are not romantically involved."
