Charlie Brooks slips into a skintight latex catsuit for our exclusive shoot and it's clear she's in great shape.

The three-time marathon runner, 30 - mum to daughter Kiki, 6 - is looking and feeling good.

'If I'm exercising and eating right I feel sexy and confident,' she tells us.

'If I'm eating crap and not working out, I obsess about it.

'I have days where I feel super-sexy and days when I feel fat and really ugly.

'That's just the way it is and I don't know any woman who feels any different.'

Charlie, 30, enjoys cooking - especially a roast.

'This is gross but sometimes I'll cook a whole chicken and devour it with my fingers in front of the telly,' she admits.

'And I love cheese and wine. And I have a sweet tooth, too.

'Actually, I can't resist anything.

'That's my trouble - I like bloody everything.'
