Reality star Kim Kardashian and basketball player Kris Humphries have set a wedding date!

Kim Kardashian is wasting no time after becoming engaged and will reportedly be tying the knot in early August.

A source told PopEater.com: ?The date that close friends of the family are being given is toward the beginning of August. They are looking at private estates in Los Angeles, since location will make it much easier for guests flying in to attend.?

Television host and Kardashian family friend Kathie Lee Gifford knows the actual date but is keeping quiet. Kathie said, ?I?ve been told a particular date. Darn right I?m going to that wedding!?

Kim?s busybody mother Kris Jenner has is giving her 30-year-old daughter?s wedding planning her all and wants it to be the best day of Kim?s life.

A family insider stated,� ?Kris wants time to plan and prepare and make sure the entire family has time to enjoy getting ready for the big day. Kris deserves this moment ? and she fully intends to make sure every detail is just perfect.?

And of course?Kim and Kris? wedding day will be televised on E! in a two-hour special.
