Vince Neil and Alicia Jacobs called it quits in March after seven months of dating.

Less than six weeks after being released from jail on a drunken driving charge, rocker Vince Neil is facing two new misdemeanor criminal charges in Las Vegas.

According to a criminal complaint filed last week in Clark County, Nevada, the Motley Crue singer allegedly forced his way into the Las Vegas Hilton's Shimmer lounge on March 24 while a performance was occurring and poked his finger into the chest of his ex-girlfriend, television reporter Alicia Jacobs, according to TMZ.com.

"[Neil] poked three people with his right index finger ... each time stating the words, 'f--- you,' " the document reportedly states.

In addition to Jacobs, who reportedly told cops she was "forcefully poked in her right shoulder blade," Neil is accused of also coming into contact with local journalist John Katsilometes and Patricia McCrone, who is Wayne Newton's sister-in-law.

Though TMZ has obtained a photo of Jacobs' bruise from the alleged incident, Neil reportedly claims to be the victim in the scenario, having suffered scratches from the encounter.

Neil's lawyer, David Chesnoff, tells The Associated Press there are two sides to the story, and that Neil will plead not guilty to the battery and disorderly conduct charges. He's due May 2 in Las Vegas Justice Court.

The couple called it quits in March after seven months of dating. Jacobs issued a statement that the break-up was due to "the decisions Vince continues to make."

Neil was freed from Clark County jail Feb. 25 after serving 10 days for driving drunk last summer near the Las Vegas Strip.
