Facebook Removes Roger Ebert's Page Over Dunn Dilemma
Sparking an intense debate following some rather blunt words about the death of Ryan Dunn, social media giant Facebook has temporarily removed Robert Ebert's page.
Just hours after news surfaced of the "Jackass" star's death, the legendary film critic took to his Twitter, where he wrote, ?Friends don?t let jackasses drink and drive," before adding, ?He drank, he drove, 2 people died.?
Following the controversial post, an all-out social media attack on Roger prompted Facebook to take down his page - a move that further infuriated him, as he tweeted earlier today (June 21), "Facebook has removed my page in response, apparently, to malicious complaints from one or two jerks."
Ebert later added, ?Facebook! My page is harmless and an asset to you. Why did you remove it in response to anonymous jerks? Makes you look bad."
